Step 2
You will receive a booking confirmation by email. You can cancel/edit your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment.
予約が完了したら確認メールが届きます。予約の48時間前までキャンセル・変更が可能です。

We will contact your primary/specialist vets to request full medical records.
Alternatively, you can obtain all medical records from your vets and send them to us.
かかりつけの動物病院に病歴・検査記録等をリクエストさせていただきます。すでに診療記録や紹介状をお持ちの方はメールでご送付ください。
Step 4
Our vet will review your pet’s medical history. This is an important step to understand your animal’s constitution and to ensure safe introduction of dietary/herbal therapies.
診察の前に担当獣医師が病歴を確認。体質や素因、正確な検査結果を知り、安全な治療を行うために重要なステップです。
Consultation
Every animal is different. We spend 1 to 2 hours to discuss your concerns, treatment goals and best treatment options for your animal.
初診は1〜2時間かかります。お悩み、治療目標、一頭一頭に合わせた最適な治療選択肢についてじっくりと話し合いましょう。
Treatment Plan
You will receive a custom treatment plan and naturopathic prescriptions fully customized to your pet’s needs. See Sample

Dispensing
We will dispense and send custom herbal formulas and supplements as necessary. We have teamed up with the manufacturers to offer quality products at discounted prices.
必要に応じてハーブやサプリメントを発送（料金別途）。
Follow UP
Please book a follow-up consultation to discuss treatment response and adjust prescriptions. Usually requires 30 min or 60 min.
